Read moreImmigration law is slow, technical, and full of deadlines that are easy to miss. Our job is to carry that weight for you.
We start by looking at your whole history, not just the part you came in about. Old applications, previous entries and exits, any contact with police, and filings made by other people on your behalf all affect what is possible now. People sometimes hold back the parts they are embarrassed about, and those are usually the parts that matter most. We would much rather find a problem ourselves than have the government find it first.
After that, we tell you plainly what we think your options are and roughly how long each one takes. If we do not think a case is strong, we will say so. And you will hear from us as the case moves, rather than wondering for months whether anything is happening.
Immigration law is federal rather than state law, which means we can represent you wherever in the United States you are living. Our office is in Miami, and much of this work happens by video, by phone, and by email in any case. We are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and we practice in both English and Spanish.
